    Intended for use by: Any Charleston Landmark Builders homeowner with an active warranty issued at the time of (home) closing (including coverages beyond 1 year as defined in your Home Warranty). For all other home service requests and inquiries, please call (843) 375-2200.

    Charleston Landmark Builders, LLC offers to its Purchasers an Implied Limited Warranty of
    good workmanship for one (1) year. To ask the Seller to correct a defect in your Home that you feel may be covered by the Seller’s Implied Limited Warranty, you must complete this form and deliver it to the Seller. This is necessary to protect your rights to warranty performance under the Implied Limited Warranty.
